I am coming from the Sivananda lineage, and studied directly under Swami Vishnu Devananda for seven years. I also studied Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad in both, the United States and India.
In the United States I directed the Yoga Vedanta Center in Ft. Lauderdale. While directing the center, Yogi Hari an me developed Sampoorna Yoga and trained hundreds of teachers who practice throughout the world. For the last 15 years, I have also taught worldwide, including Africa, Europe, India, Canada and South America.
My time spent in the company of great teachers helped me delve deeper into Sadhana.
Now I continue my mission in the tradition of Swami Sivananda and his direct disciple Swami Vishnu-Devananda in establishing Peaceful Valley Yoga Ashram. I want to contribute to positive thoughts and actions towards world peace.
For several months per year I am teaching in the Yoga Vidya Ashrams and Centers.
I have 4 children - and a few grandchildren...
