My name is Carmen Alicia Cosme I'm a mom to four amazing kids 2 boys ages 11,17 and 2 girls ages 8,15 and I live in Brooklyn, NY. I was born in New Britain, CT. So I decided to move to New York to be close to my mother and brother. I chose to continue my education online to be able to stay home and spend time with my kids. I love to go out dancing with my friends, I love cooking for my family, and just being home with my family and spend time together. My kids are the only thing I work hard for and be there for them. They make me smile every day and make me laugh every day. I just like to be me, enjoy life and have fun. I love to travel I would like to travel in different places I've never been to. Changing my life, and better future for me and family. Most important be healthy and fit.

Because I tried today for the first time (beginners) and I like it and I really love how it stretches my body and helps with my back and is very relaxing and I want to keep up with yoga for my health.
