I am an expert in the following areas:

Instructor graduated from TTC- Sivananda International Teacher Training Diploma and a diploma from the “Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy” in Rishkesh, India. Recently deepened my knowledge at the Sivananda Chateau in Orleans, France where I lived as part of the staff and as a teacher. Specialised knowledge of Ayurvedic nutrition and has undergone intense training as a Sivananda teacher.

    Thank you for your friend request. I’ve been meaning to reply to you for ages. I’m fairly new to this sort of thing, so I’m approaching it cautiously and I try to limit the time I spend on the computer as it can take over. It’s great to connect with others all over the world whohave an understanding Yoga, particularly the teachings of Swami Sivananda. Your videos are most inspiring – wonderful strength and flexibility and what a beautiful setting! Amazing that you only took to yoga 15 years ago in 1994. What led you into the yoga way of life and what was the course in Rishikesh like?
