Sivananda yoga is my tradition though i have done ashtanga 7 years and iyengar 5 years

I practice Sivananda Yoga and teach it in SPA around the world I am a 52Years old from France before yoga.I was a forest Monk in Thailand for 5 years (Bhudist)
