More about me:
I learn yoga from my child hood when I m study in school we have everyday one and half hour class in our school when I m young and busy in work and no time like before to practise very well and slowly slowly this practise is finish then after some years someone come in my life who love yoga so much and she wakeup again this slept yoga feelings inside me now I m every day practise because she is yoga teacher in Germany and she also learn from yoga vidya and she help me lot to increase my feelings for yoga so much I say thank you by heart to this lady because is my everything I love her so much and now I try to from the help of her this yoga theory in humans Om nama shivay
