My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
I took yoga at the YMCA for a few years in the early 2000's. Then practiced daily for years. I haven't practiced in years, but I love yoga and really enjoy your beginner videos. I'm using them daily and feel they have brought my yoga practice back to life :)
