I am an expert in the following areas:

I am not an expert at anything; really. The longer I live the more I realize I must learn to move forward in life. I am, however as certified Meditation instructor.


My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I started in two studio's. A Vinyasa studio and a Kundalini studio. The name I picked up from a Teacher in the Kundalini school. I travel a lot and frequent many ,many different types of studio's.

Yes, I travel a great deal for my job. I work for an engineering company as a technician. I am a certified meditation instructor. I am currently taking a course studying Aryuveda from a Dr. in India.

Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org

I need somewhere to land. To have a community to learn from & share experiences with. I live in the rural midwestern USA and not many people here know anything about Indian alternative medicine or the life style it leads to.
