I ...

... am a Yoga Practicioner, ... am a Yoga Teacher

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

My first teacher was Swami Vishnu Devananda who I met in the early 80's. I did the TTC and then became staff in the Bahamas and Val Morin. In 1999 I took further training in the style of Bihar yoga at the Mandala ahram in Wales. My heart is with Sivananda but my teaching leans more towards the eclectic these days.

More about me:

I have lived, taught and travelled world wide. The spiritual life has interested me since my early 20's and though I sometimes wander from the path I am always drawn back to the source. I live in a beautiful part of England (Wells) and love exploring the countryside either by bike or on foot.

My Favorite Quote/What inspires me:

One path leads outward and the other inward. You can walk the way outward that leads to pleasure or the way inward that leads to grace. Katha Upanishad

I am American, but I remember the Argentinians, especially a very skinny brother and sister. I have pix of them at home. Now I am in Virginia. I just came back from the Ranch in upstate ny for a week. Very nice! OmShanti!
