My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Yoga Source is my home studio,but I also practice wherever I travel. There is always a space for one more mat and one more soul. I have been practicing yoga daily and at the studio 3-4 times a week for about 4 years. Going to yoga class for me is like going to church. I also practice Budokon from a certified Budokon instructor here in Richgmond. Love and Peace, Kirby
