No idea - not done any Yoga before. Have done some Tai Chi and Alexander Technique...
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I want to learn yoga but cannot find a class locally that I can get to. I watched one of your videos (& did the exercises) on Youtube and liked it very much, so thought I'd sign up!
