Hello Dr. Rajesh, and thank you. You are my first friend on this site! I am 'very' new to all of this. I have had many physical problems and surgeries for the last 2 yrs, and was in rehabilitation therapy here in Germany where I am living and one of my therapists spoke to me about yoga. So in January of this year, I began to search out information and to begin my yoga practice. In only a few months, I am feeling so much better with my leg and foot and back. I do a 20 minute beginner's class and also other asanas I am learning. I am beginner meditation. I know that it is changing my life and I am developing a love and a passion for this. I do my yoga at least 45 minutes every day and I do not miss a day. I also do some at bedtime for help in sleeping. If you think there are some more videos to watch that would help me, I would love to hear of them.
