I have no experience in yoga ,
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
never attended any yoga class or masters. I do my own way of meditation.

i am anandi. i am a very simple house wife . And i want to move twds spirituality more deeper . i do attend satsangs which moves me deeply but for tht temporary moment after tht i become busy in me which i dont want.
