Rest your hands in your lap. Place your right hand on top of the left with both palms facing upward.In Indian mythology, Bhairava is fierce form of Siva.The joined hands represent the union of the ida and pingala nadis (meridians) – or the equalization of the two hemispheres of the brain.

Back in 1998, I underwent a very peculiar experience, indeed, thus far at least, a once-in-a-lifetime event, which opened many doors for me and confirmed some of the directions I had previously chosen.

In time, I came to consider this occurrence as an instance of satori, a sudden momentary flash of enlightenment if you will, the intensity of which still resonates with me to this very day.

What is Atman

This Atman is Satchidananda (Existence-Absolute, Consciousness-Absolute, Bliss-Absolute). It exists in the past, present and future. So it is Sat. It is pure or Absolute Consciousness without any thought. So it is Chit. It is absolute Bliss. So it is Ananda.
